1-All disputs Subject of Nalagarh jurisdiction only.

2-No Claim Will be entertained unless notified immediately after receipt.

3- Bill are subject to interest @24% per annum, if not paid within 8th days on presentation.

4-The Customer will be responsible for any demurage or wharfage for reason, whatsoever.

5-We accept no responsibility what so ever for loss or damages in transit .Before accepting goods from transporter, consignee should check goods in all respects.
